Challenge

A large provider of online preconstruction management services seeks to expand its virtual sales force.  Lacking internal resources dedicated to search and recruitment, a decision is made to partner with Aptissimi powered by Burke & Schindler, who will operate as an extension of the company's internal human resources department.

The client mission is to hire five Account Executives in five States and to synchronize start dates to allow for a single Orientation Program.

Solution

Aptissimi meets with the President & CEO of the management service company to obtain a better understand of the strategic and tactical goals.  Aptissimi suggests that the best way to expedite the identification of top candidates is to administer The Devine Inventory, a behavioral assessment, to the existing sales staff; and later compare and contrast results with all short-listed candidates.  Working directly with the President & CEO, assessment results are quickly evaluated while Aptissimi pre-closes the prospective hires.  All five candidates are identified and hired and arrive in Cincinnati on the same date to commence Orientation.  As an added caveat, a sixth candidate is recruited and presented and hired as Vice President of Sales.
